About Ms. Ary

Angela Ary’s practice includes all aspects of a small to mid-sized business. Angela has experience in handling corporate formations, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property registration and protection, stock and asset acquisitions, collections, workouts, debt restructuring, liquidations, and dissolutions.

Angela has a great deal of bankruptcy knowledge and experience in representing debtors, both individuals and businesses, in Chapters 7, 13 and 11. Angela is also experienced in representing creditors in bankruptcy and often facilitates filings of claims and relief from the automatic stay.

Angela spends half her practice litigating on behalf of businesses and their principals. She has experience in both state and federal courts. Angela’s commercial litigation practice consists primarily of litigating breach of contract, fraud, negligence, and trade secret actions. Angela also counsels’ clients on resolving disputes through work-outs and settlements thereby avoiding costly litigation if possible.

Angela’s corporate practice is one of her favorites and includes stock transfers and acquisitions, asset purchases, counseling privately held corporations, cleaning up corporate records, registering intellectual property assets, and contract drafting.

Angela was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 1995. She attended The Ohio State University while in high school as an Academy student in 1994-1995. Angela graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College Scholars honors program. In 2002, Angela graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law with a J.D.
