About Mr. Dauro

Adam C. Dauro is a Partner of Heard, Ary & Dauro, LLC. Mr. Dauro has represented a variety of small businesses and individuals in commercial contract disputes, including shareholder derivative actions, landlord / tenant disputes, and debt collection actions. 

Mr. Dauro is also experienced in general corporate matters, including formation, governance, corporate contracts, asset and membership purchases, fiduciary duties, and dissolutions.

Mr. Dauro represents numerous local homeowners' associations and condominium associations, providing counsel on corporate governance as well as collection rights and procedures. He has represented both individuals and associations in litigation of homeowners' association disputes.

Mr. Dauro has also represented many small businesses and individuals in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies. While he primarily represents bankruptcy debtors, he has represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy litigation and debt negotiation.

Mr. Dauro was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated from Hazel Green High School in 2002. He graduated cum laude from Samford University in 2006, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors. 

In 2009, he received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as a founding member of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review.
